Coastal Mermaids, in conjunction with Not Putting on a Shirt, has created a mermagical calendar featuring 12 beautiful women who have undergone a double mastectomy and chosen to remain flat. 

Each mermaid has a unique story; as a mastectomy can transform a woman's life, each mermaid transformation has captured the innate beauty and strength behind each woman’s story. 

The Coastal Mermaids 2025 mermaid calendar is raising funds for Not Putting on a Shirt to continue their flat advocacy work for mastectomy patients across the globe.
